The term Alkalineitself refers to the pH level. Water has its own pH level. The pH level tells us how much a substance is Acidic or Basic (Alkaline) on scale from 0 to 14. The higher the level would increase, the less acidic would be the substance. For e.g., a substance having pH level of 2would be considered as highly
